"Oven Service Experience I recently had a technician come out to look at my oven. During the service, I was told I would be charged for simply wiping some grease off one of the burners. I understand paying for legitimate repairs and professional service, but being charged extra for something as simple as wiping off grease felt unreasonable. I’m sharing this so others can be aware and make sure they understand exactly what they’re being charged for before agreeing to any additional work."
